Shivani, with her diverse communications background, including extensive media relations, media training, marketing, community relations, crisis management and internal communications, provides strategic and business direction to the group.
She leverages her expertise in counseling valuable resources on communication strategies, as well as leading integrated strategic communications campaigns for diverse corporates. She has worked with some of the leading PR agencies and corporates in her previous stints and has a keen understanding of the healthcare, hospitality and lifestyle verticals.
Inspired by the belief that the power of all positive results lies in the power of the team behind it, her role has been pivotal in driving Strategic Partners Group to winning the coveted title of ‘Best Places To Work’, by ‘The Holmes Report Survey 2017’ – Asia Pacific. Instilling and sustaining a people-centric and people-friendly approach at the workplace, Shivani drives the culture and the workforce.
An artist at heart, she believes creativity is the ability to bring into existence something new when you have the willingness to play with ideas and possibilities. That’s one of the positive forces behind a creatively charged, multidisciplinary, yet integrated communications entity.

A keen enthusiast of emerging technology and innovations, he is passionate about exploring opportunities in the communications domain, particularly in the digital and social media space.
What really gives him the edge is his background in pharmaceuticals. His sound knowledge and understanding of the pharmaceutical space acts more like an enabler in realizing the potential of the Asia-Pacific and Southeast Asian healthcare markets for innovative products and technologies.

He has also been listed as the ‘Top 25 Innovators’ by Holmes Report, Asia Pacific, for shaping influence and engagement in an era of dramatic marketing and communications disruption. Armed with the flair to initiate impactful conversations and formulate effective engagement strategies, Ritika has a rich experience of more than a decade in the field of communications, advocacy and stakeholder management. Having worked closely with national, international and language media houses, her long-standing relationship with some of the most established media professionals allows for regular knowledge exchange and generation of unique opportunities.
Her deep-set understanding on the pulse, communication landscape and key drivers for different communication channels, pushes the needle towards better outcomes. It also opens up channels of effective learnings for her team, which consequently has tremendous impact on the collective outcome.
In her current role, she is involved in providing strategic counsel for advocacy campaigns for leading clients in sectors including healthcare, corporate, intellectual property and trade.
She has also been honoured with the coveted title ‘Consultancy Professional – Healthcare & Pharma’ at the Fulcrum Awards 2017.
Daniel brings in over two decades of experience in creative communication, having been at the helm of the creative affairs for some of the leading brands in FMCG, fashion, media and entertainment, banking and finance, real estate, education.
However, after almost fourteen years in mainline advertising, he found his calling in healthcare communication, deeply persuaded by the belief that purpose and meaning are far greater virtues that profoundly influence creative expressions.
Since then he has been one of the key contributors in the health and wellness space, using the influence of creative communications and strategy in the launch and promotion of some of India’s leading healthcare brands and public health awareness initiatives
